• Today’s real estate agent needs more than instinct, charm, and a good photographer. To truly guide clients, protect transactions, and sharpen pricing judgment, agents need a better understanding of how appraisers think, how mortgage finance works, and how fast the valuation world is changing.
   
• This license renewal course pulls back the curtain on the appraisal process and explains how properties are valued in the real world of mortgage lending. We’ll cover how appraisers analyze neighborhoods, select and compare sales, support adjustments, and interpret market reaction using both traditional methods and newer analytical tools.
   
• You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what drives value, why some comparables work better than others, and how stronger valuation knowledge can make you a smarter, more credible agent. Learn the application of Artificial Intelligence to the valuation of real estate and how it is changing the real estate world we have been living in.
   
• The course also explores the rapidly changing mortgage appraisal landscape, including evolving GSE expectations, modernization efforts, and the practical impact of new guidance. It will also discuss President Trump’s March 13, 2026 Executive Order, “Promoting Access to Mortgage Credit,” which the White House says is intended to reduce mortgage regulatory burdens and modernize mortgage-related processes.
