In light of recent changes resulting from the NAR Settlement, the Grosse Pointe Board of REALTORS® 2024 Board of Directors would like to share the following recommendation:
“That members use the following forms, unless otherwise directed by their broker, which are available via the online forms platforms accessible within both MiRealSource and Realcomp:
