GPBR members participate in either MiRealSource and/or RealComp, based on the policy set forth by each of our member brokerage offices. Since the merger of the Great Lakes Repository, both MLS options provide full access to listings to better serve members. GPBR does not have its own MLS; MLS-related questions are best directed to MiRealSource or RealComp.
