Instructed by Marty Wagar, a nationally recognized REALTOR® practicing appraisal since 1974. Attendees will learn about:

• Bias in appraising, red-lining, why it is a valid concern, and changing lending practices to address it;
• Effective communication with appraisers that preserves the legal requirement of appraiser independence;
• Appropriate adjustments, the appraisal appeal process, and the practical pricing of properties.

Registration fee includes: 3 hours CE credit (2 legal + 1 fair housing), class materials, and lunch.
