  AFFILIATE COMMITTEE:  Newly formed with the initial purpose of identifying candidates for Affiliate Member seat on Association Board of Directors as well as adding value-added benefits for Affiliate (and all) members.

     CHAIR: Christopher DeRosier

  BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE:  Chaired by the GPBR Treasurer, this important group meets regularly to review the state of current board finances.

  BYLAWS COMMITTEE: Identifies needed changes to organization bylaws, research and formulate those changes before presenting changes to general membership for approval.

  COMMUNITY OUTREACH COMMITTEE:  This committee works to ensure that GPBR is identifying areas for community involvement and ways to enhance the REALTOR® image through NAR grants and Charity fundraisers.

 EDUCATION COMMITTEE:  Promote educational opportunities at our General Membership Meeting programs and build our repetroire of NAR Designation & Certification classes as well as success series course offerings.

 FAIR HOUSING & DIVERSITY COMMITTEE:  Promote Fair Housing comprehension to our members and encourage deeper understanding of diversity and its relation to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics while promoting to the public the REALTOR® commitment to Fair Housing law.

  GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE:  For those with an interest in public policy and issues that confront REALTORS® at the local, state and national levels.

  PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS: The professional standards committee seeks to promote and increase the professional aspects of the REALTOR® brand.

   CHAIR: Alexis J. DeLuca

  GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE:  (a sub-committee) Review all Arbitration and Ethics Filings that come into the board and decide if hearings should be held by a Professional Standards Panel.

   CHAIR: Dawn Waldrip Bertani

  NOMINATING COMMITTEE: Identify candidates for next year's Board of Directors election and the prestigious REALTOR® of The Year (ROTY) & REALTOR® Active in Politics (RAP) awards.   STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE: The committee annually reviews the existing Strategic Plan, recommends updates, and/or considers a new strategic plan using an outside facilitator to create. Additionally, the committee reviews trend reports from recognized visionaries each year providing the Board of Directors insight into trends for which the board should be preparing.
