The Volunteer of the Year Award is designed to recognize the outstanding participation of, and positive impact left by, GPBR Realtor® and Realtor® Affiliate members as it relates to their valuable time and effort spent throughout the year serving on our various committees and at our events, classes, and meetings. Nominees will be evaluated, and a recipient will be selected based on the following categories: Committee Involvement, Initiative, Task Completion, Attendance, Communication, and Congeniality.
See Past Recipients Here.
Who Can Participate?
Unlike the REALTOR® of the Year Award and the REALTOR® Active in Politics Award, for which nominations are accepted from any and all active GPBR members, nominations for the Volunteer of the Year Award will be accepted only from the GPBR Board of Directors, Chapter Boards of Regents, committee chairs, active committee members, and association staff. This limitation stems from our belief that those who have been actively engaged as volunteers throughout the year are best equipped to recommend a nominee (either themselves or a colleague) for this award.
