This three (3) part class will cover the various aspects of a transaction and what you, the agent, can do to help your client (either seller or buyer) through the entire process ending with a "client for life!"
Broken down into three (3) 100-minute long classes, each Taming the Transaction class will cover multiple topics from a multitude of affiliated industries. These segments will be presented by affiliate industry experts from within the GPBR membership. Segments can be taken in any order!
The first segment, Contact to Contract, will cover the pre-sell/pre-buy and starting the home search (from both seller and buyer's perspectives). The second segment, Contract to Close, will speak to the "I've found a house/there's a buyer", and the build up to the closing portion of the transaction. The third segment, Closing Is Just the Beginning, concentrates on the closing processes and details that occur shortly after closing (and how to keep that client for life!).
For those who want more in-depth knowledge on a specific aspect presented during one of the segments, there are now Success Series classes with more information based upon the Taming The Transaction series. Check them out!
