You will also find available several Continuing Education courses anually allowing you to remain up-to-date and meet the educational requirements of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. You can also be assured that your fellow GPBR REALTORS® have completed the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics training every two years. Through GPBR's promotion of the REALTOR® Brand, your value becomes more than just someone who lists and sells property. No national aggregator can do that. With over $25,000 in grants available for community efforts as they relate to Housing Opportunity, Placemaking and Smart Growth Grants, the GPBR Community Outreach Committee is always working to promote you as a valuable community resource.
Unique to GPBR is a weekly list of Saturday/Sunday Open Houses on our website. It is distributed to member brokerages and published on GPBR social media accounts. In the GPBR market area, it has been the way the public seeks homes and finds REALTORS® since 1985. GPBR REALTORS® have exclusive access to market their listings every Sunday using this "Open House" list. Our area sellers expect their homes to be on the list; area buyers know they need the list to have the latest on what is available to see

In support of this industry truism, you also will have access to exclusive broker to broker open houses. Our "Brokers Open List" is only available to members, enabling them to preview offerings and better serve their clients. It also allows agents to become better versed on the market in general. Networking with agents also helps turn competitors into colleagues, helping the process of doing business go more smoothly.
