There are two statements about quality everyone should heed:
    “You get what you pay for.” 
and
    “Everyone wants the lowest price but no one wants to pay for it.” 

The first statement is one all are familiar with.  The second came from a conversation regarding a situation where a real estate transaction had been improperly executed costing someone $400,000.  The loss was the result of the agent using a low-cost provider who saved the agent $50.00 a year.
